Job Summary

We seek to engage a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee the phased development of primary schools across Punjab. The job will be related to the education goals and handle the strategy roadmaps, outreach programs, and partnerships.

Major Responsibilities

Project Concept Development
Prepare a concept paper for the project which will be on a phased school expansion program in districts spread across the state of Punjab.
Program Strategy and Roadmap
This implementation plan shall integrate all measures relating to school extension.

Public Outreach Campaign

Design and implement an extremely strong publicity and public outreach campaign to create awareness for attracting potential partners for school openings.

Community Engagement
Engage the target population, particularly young women, on what this program can offer them regarding the future of education. Use traditional, digital, and mass media to reach the greatest percentage of the population possible.

Database Management
Develop and manage an active database of would-be applicants seeking to establish schools in their respective areas.
To communicate with potential partners, screen them for eligibility, and forward the names to the FEN Board for interview.

Orientation and Training
Present selected school leaders with an orientation of the program’s goals, objectives, and expected outcomes. Coordinate with the Admin Wing for their training and with the Operations Wing for their school setup.

Target Achievement
New schools, which opened in the month, must meet the targeted number. This is most likely in collaboration with the PR, Admin, Operations, and Academic Wings.

Partnerships and Funding

Conditional funding aimed at achieving mutual social development objectives such as UPE, child health, and women’s empowerment in liaison with international development organizations, NGOs, multilateral donors, and CSOs.

Audit and Performance Review
Annual reviews of the newly opened schools will be conducted to maintain FEN policies.

Other Responsibilities
All other responsibilities are assigned by the senior leadership.
